About Cocoa Beach Main Street

Cocoa Beach Main Street is a 501c-3 not for profit that advocates for the Downtown Cocoa Beach area. CBMS cultivates partnerships with local businesses and restaurants to make Downtown Cocoa Beach a preferred destination for residents and visitors alike.

Our mission is to make Downtown Cocoa Beach thrive.

Economic development, organization, promotions and revitalization of the district was designated by the State of Florida Historical Resources Team in 2014.

By working with our local businesses and community, our hope is to market the downtown district as a cultural destination through community-driven economic development and events.
