Economic Vitality - Strengthens downtowns existing economic assets while expanding and diversifying its economic base through business retention and recruitment. Working with current and “new to town” businesses.
Design - Pam Durkin pameladurkin@gmail.com Working to create an inviting and walkable downtown atmosphere through façade renovations and streetscapes.
Special Events/Promotion - Dave Noel noelrepairs@yahoo.com Enhances the image of downtown. Encourage residents patrons and entrepreneurs to live work play and invest in downtown through advertising, retail promotions, special events and marketing campaigns.
Marketing - Dr. Bret Glas drbretglas@walk-inchiropractic.com Help to promote downtown through social media and other traditional platforms.
Business Watch - Marge Schneider marge318schneider@gmail.com Business Watch is creating a partnership between downtown businesses and the Cocoa Beach Police Department. Business watch actively reduce and prevent crime through cooperation and education and offers opportunities to network with businesses, foster a relationship with local law enforcement and create community goodwill. This is a special program for business owners.
