Do you ever wonder about the “story behind the story” of your favorite song? Why the song was written, what was the writer feeling when they wrote the lyrics?

The Cocoa Beach Hit Songwriter Fest will show you the internal workings of the music industry and introduce you to some of the BIGGEST Hit songwriters who help shape the industry. Some songwriters are the frontmen to their songs as “singer-songwriters”, while others maintain the role of strictly “songwriter.” Both are incredibly talented musicians without whom the music industry would not exist.

Cocoa Beach Hit Songwriter Fest is set to bring nationally acclaimed singer-songwriters to the Space Coast, from October 17th – 19th, 2025. Presented by Cumulus Media, 107.1 A1A, 102.7 The HitKicker, 95.9 The Rocket, Mirrim Entertainment, and Downtown Cocoa Beach Main Street.

The festival will take place in popular Downtown Cocoa Beach venues, restaurants, and bars. With FREE shows to select from, thousands of attendees will have the unique opportunity to experience the faces, personalities, and stories behind the songs. These shows will range in size from about 30 people for the intimate performances, to 3000+ or more at the kickoff street party Friday night, to the marquis show on Saturday featuring some of Nashville’s Top performers!
