VENDOR INFORMATION *March 15th on Minutemen Cswy. 10am-2pm

Spaces are limited! For the second year CBMS has partnered with Cumulus Radio. There will be a lot of advertising and marketing. Payment for vendor space is required prior to the event.

Standard spaces are 10x10. Electric is available, but not guaranteed. You must bring your own tent, tables extension cords and chairs. Please note set up time begins at 8:00am and you must be set up by 9:30am.

Securing a space for more than one event is easy. Please add to cart each date you are paying for. You can continue to add dates to your cart by clicking the logo at the top of the check out page and the clicking “Add to Cart’ for other dates.

Pricing is as follows:

Standard Booth - $100
CBMS Member - $40
Non- Profit Vendor - $50
Food Vendor Truck/Trailer - $150

FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION:

You will be sent an email the Wednesday prior to the event with a map and your location.
Set up starts at 8:00am.

ALL OTHER VENDORS:

A Location map with your space number will be emailed Wednesday before event to the email address listed on your application.
Setup begins at 8am, Saturday on Minutemen Causeway. That is Downtown Cocoa Beach, 1 S. Orlando Ave if you need an address for directions.
Please plan on being set up and ready to sell by 9:30pm.
The event starts at 10am, but people will be walking about earlier.
There will be people helping direct you when you arrive.
Look for bright yellow caution vests.
You will need to unload quickly and move your vehicle.
Vendor vehicles will NOT be admitted on the street after 9:30 am.
Vendor parking passes will be sent along with set-up information. The passes MUST BE PRINTED AND DISPLAYED ON YOUR FRONT DASHBOARD. LOCATION IS TOP FLOOR OF PARKING GARAGE.
Also, a reminder electric is available, but you need to bring lights, fan and extension cords. **Again a Portable Power Station will be an awesome purchase for your business. It guarantees you power.
Cancellation Policy: If the event has to be cancelled, due to weather, an email will be sent by midnight day before the event.
Vendor Cancellation Policy: No Refund will be given for Vendor Cancellation after March 10, 2025.
