VENDOR INFORMATION

Space is limited and sells out prior to event. Make plans and pay to participate in the event today! You can now pay for multiple dates (see directions below). All slots are first come first serve. Payment for vendor space is required to secure your space prior to the event.

When the Event is “Sold Out” there is no waiting list or spaces available.

Standard spaces are 10x10. Electric is available, but not guaranteed. You must bring your own tent, lights, extension cords, tables and chairs.

Please add to cart each date you are paying for. You can continue to add dates to your cart by clicking the logo at the top of the check out page and the clicking “Add to Cart’ for other dates.

Pricing is as follows:

  • Standard Booth - $75

  • CBMS Member - $40

  • Non- Profit Vendor - $50

  • Food Vendor Truck/Trailer - $150

FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION:

  • You will be sent an email prior to the event with a map and your location.

  • Set up starts at 6:30am.

ALL OTHER VENDORS:

  • A Location map with your space number will be emailed before event to the email address listed on your application.

  • Setup begins at 6:30am, Tuesday on Minutemen Causeway. That is Downtown Cocoa Beach, 1 S. Orlando Ave if you need an address for directions.

  • DO NOT ARRIVE PRIOR TO 6AM. THE STREETS WILL NOT BE CLOSED.

  • Please plan on being set up and ready to sell by 7:30am.

  • The event starts at 8am, but people will be walking about earlier.

  • There will be people helping direct you when you arrive.

  • Look for bright yellow caution vests.

  • You will need to unload quickly and move your vehicle.

  • Vendor vehicles will NOT be admitted on the street to unload after 7:15am.

  • You will get a vendor parking pass for the top floor of the parking garage along with your set-up instructions.

  • Also, a reminder electric is available, but you need to bring lights, fan and extension cords.

  • Cancellation Policy: If the event has to be cancelled, due to weather, an email will be sent by noon day of the event.

  • Vendor Cancellation Policy: No Refund to Vendors cancelling less than 5 days prior to event.
